Add it to a group or message it directly — send it files, links, spreadsheets, or email it like a colleague. Everything it reads, in any language, becomes organized, searchable knowledge.
"Has that invoice been paid?" It answers in your language, in the chat you asked — with the receipt to prove it.
Your assistant lives in WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram, SMS and iMessage — the chats your team, family, and suppliers already use. Nobody installs anything. Nobody changes how they work.
Its context comes from the conversations you're already having every day — so the longer it works with you, the better it understands what you're working on, exactly like a new assistant joining your team. And when something lives outside the chat, hand it over the way you would to any assistant: a Google Sheet, an Excel file, a PDF — reference documents for it to learn from.
Every message, photo, and receipt is kept in full inside your Vault — a living library that files every fact in exactly one place and flags contradictions instead of overwriting them. When you ask about something, it works from a photocopy of just the relevant pages — the important details highlighted and reorganized into a temporary working copy (we call these Focus Digests) — while the originals stay untouched. Answers come from the record, with the evidence attached — never from guesswork.
And it knows work and life mix in the same chats. A personal receipt dropped into a work group files to your private space, never into the business's books — silently when it's sure, and when it isn't, it simply asks: "personal, or for the business?"
Mini apps turn the same memory into live views of your business — reconciliations, bookings, inventory — showing only what you want to see, every number clickable down to its evidence.
Don't see the view you need? Just describe it — type it or dictate it straight into the app. If the information is in your Vault, the view is built for you; if it isn't, the app tells you so honestly instead of inventing one. And for more ambitious views, connect your favorite coding tool — Claude Code, Codex, any agent — through our open mini-app standard and ask it to build one. Mini apps install like opening a file, and they can only add ways to see your data — they can never touch the data itself or change how the app works.
Everything below exists today. Wiring it together is weeks of accounts, keys and glue code — that's why it never reached consumers.
Every line above is real: an account, an API key, and glue code someone has to keep alive. And the boxes don't even stay in their lanes — the gateway touches the memory, the techniques feed the brains.
We didn't wire these together — we built one system from scratch, our code, that does everything this board does, with none of it for you to set up.
